A collection of works by female illustrator Ao Goose, who draws a unique fantasy world with creatures and monsters as motifs.
Based in Osaka, Mr. Aogocho has been active since the 2000s, specializing in dragons and monsters. I am in charge of illustrations for publications such as the mythical world and fantasy literature.

She is active in solo and group exhibitions and presents her work both digitally and analogue. She has exhibited at exhibitions and sales events such as Comiket and Comitia, and in recent years has also participated in commissioned production. She has been participating in the "LIMITS Digital Art Battle" since 2017, won the World Grand Prix for the first time, and in 2019, she won the second place by only one point, demonstrating her ability.

Her paintings of blue geese are often brutal and grotesque. Her unique view of life and death is always present in her work, based on the harsh competition for survival in the natural world and the law of survival of the fittest. In addition, stories inspired by her myths and fairy tales are combined to create a worldview unique to her. In this collection of her works, we focus on her narrative, and publish an original story drawn at the beginning of the book, and each work is accompanied by a sentence by the author, so that you can enjoy the world of her work.

What underpins Blue Goose's expressions is her deep knowledge and consideration of living things, ranging from insects to reptiles, fish, birds, mammals, dinosaurs and other extinct creatures. She anatomically studies the bones, joints, muscles, etc., and gives a realistic sense of life to the motifs by performing accurate depictions. are also being utilized. Although she realistically depicts wild animals, she does not become an illustrated book, and her greatest feature is that she is sublimated into a fantasy world, which can be said to be her charm.
