Correction and Apology

In the book, the chapter header for "Chapter 2: Graphic Designers in the Simplified Chinese Character Region" (pp. 108 - 209) should consistently read "Graphic Designers in the Simplified Chinese Character Region." However, the headers alternate between "Simplified Chinese Character Region" and "Traditional Chinese Character Region."
