This book includes posters from representative underground theater groups such as "Experimental Theater Laboratory ◎ Tenjo Sajiki," "Situation Theater," "Black Tent," "Free Theater," and "Dairakudakan."

The book features posters created by numerous renowned artists, including Tadanori Yokoo, Kiyoshi Awazu, Genpei Akasegawa, Akira Uno, Kuniyoshi Kaneko, Katsuhiko Shinohara, Kouga Hirano, Katsuto Aube, Mitsuhiro Kutsuda, Masamichi Oikawa, Ryoichi Enomoto, Kazui Hanawa, Seiichi Hayashi, Sawako Goda, and Tsutomu Toda. Among them, Tadanori Yokoo’s poster for "Koshimaki Osen: Oblivion Edition" (1966) is particularly famous for being selected as the world's top poster by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The book contains 100 underground theater posters, and it is beautifully designed by Gaku Azuma. It also includes testimonies and commentary from people of the era such as Akihiko Ozeta, Juro Kara, Kyoko Kujou, Hiroyuki Sasame, and Shigeo Kuwahara.
