On August 15, 1946, exactly one year after the end of the war, Junichi Nakahara (1913-1983) launched the magazine ``Soreiyu'', of which he was the first editor-in-chief, and went on to expand his field as an editor, painter, fashion designer, and interior designer. He has achieved an outstanding performance that can be called a multi-creator.

At a time when people are desperately trying to survive each day, the numerous works that they have undertaken with the desire to ``create books that once again encourage people to have dreams and hopes and aspire to live beautiful lives'' have received overwhelming support from women of the same era. Her pursuit of the essence of beauty and her expressions remain fresh and have a great influence on future creators.

This book includes information about Nakahara's work in magazines such as ``Soreiyu,'' ``Himawari,'' ``Junior Soreiyu'' and ``Onna no Yaya,'' as well as works such as clothes, yukata, kimonos, paintings, and dolls, as well as belongings left behind by Nakahara.
